Premium American Leather — Horween Dublin

The Briar is crafted from 4–5oz Horween Dublin leather in English Tan, made by the legendary Horween Leather Company (Chicago, USA) — one of the oldest and most respected tanneries in the world, operating since 1905.

Horween Dublin is:

-Vegetable tanned and hot-stuffed with natural oils and waxes
-Known for its strength, durability, and flexibility
-Designed to develop deep patina and character over time
-Resistant to cracking and drying due to its rich oil content

The Briar features a folded-over pocket design, allowing the wallet to comfortably hold more cards while minimizing stitching. Fewer stitch lines means fewer potential failure points, increasing long-term durability and reliability.

All stitching is done completely by hand using Ritza Tiger Thread, 1.0mm, one of the toughest threads used in leathercraft.

-Highly abrasion resistant
-Waxed for moisture resistance and longevity
-Known for excellent tensile strength and long life

Unlike machine stitching, hand saddle stitching will not unravel if a stitch is ever damaged, ensuring the wallet stays intact for years of real use.

Hand-Finished Edges

Edges are hand burnished, sealing and compressing the leather fibers for:
