Handmade Nature of Our Products
All Webb & Hide products are made by hand using premium full-grain leather. Because of this, each piece is unique and may show slight variations in:

Grain pattern

Natural markings and character
-
Texture and firmness
-
Color tone
We primarily use Horween Dublin leather, which is vegetable re-tanned and finished using traditional methods. Due to the nature of leather and the tanning process, slight color variation between batches is normal and not considered a defect.
These natural characteristics are part of what makes genuine leather unique and are not grounds for return or exchange.
Returns Policy
Each item is individually handmade, and for that reason returns are not automatically accepted.
Returns are handled at the sole discretion of Webb & Hide and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Lifetime Craftsmanship & Repair
Webb & Hide stands behind every product we make.
We offer lifetime repair support for workmanship-related issues under normal use. If your item ever experiences a failure related to stitching, construction, or build integrity, we will repair it whenever reasonably possible.
Depending on the situation, repairs may be completed free of charge or for a minimal service fee (for example: damage from heavy wear, accidental damage, or non-workmanship-related issues). Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the repair is due to a confirmed workmanship defect.
This lifetime repair commitment applies to functional craftsmanship issues only and does not cover:

Cosmetic wear, scratches, or patina

Leather softening, stretching, or darkening over time

Damage from water, chemicals, misuse, or neglect

Cuts, burns, or accidental damage

Warranty — Craftsmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our products against defects in workmanship under normal use. This includes:

Stitching failure due to craftsmanship

Structural failure related to build quality
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or natural leather aging.
Natural Wear & Patina
Full-grain leather is designed to age and develop character over time. Marks, darkening, softening, and patina are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
