Please read the following Shipping Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order. By purchasing through our website (www.webbandhide.com), you agree to the following terms.
1. Shipping Policy
Webb & Hide ships within the United States and to select international locations. All orders are processed and shipped from our workshop in Massachusetts.
Because many of our products are made by hand, processing times may vary depending on current workload and demand.
Estimated Processing Time:
Made-to-order items: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
2. Order Processing
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, reliability, and efficiency.

We always do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Webb & Hide is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
