If a product fails due to a defect in our workmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered
Our guarantee covers defects in craftsmanship, including:
- Saddle stitching that comes undone under normal use
- Failed seams
- Defective snaps, rivets, or hardware
- Construction issues resulting from the original build process
- Workmanship-related failures that affect the function of the product
If something isn't right because of how we built it, we'll make it right.
What Is Not Covered
Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. The following are not considered defects and are not covered under this guarantee:
- Natural scratches, scuffs, or marks
- Patina development and color changes
- Stretching from use
- Water damage
- Burns, cuts, punctures, or abuse
- Damage caused by improper care or storage
- Loss or theft
Natural variations in grain, color, texture, and markings are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Honest Wear Is Expected
Your Webb & Hide product is designed to age with you.
Over time, Horween leather develops a rich patina, softens, darkens, and gains character through daily use. These changes are a hallmark of quality leather and are part of the ownership experience.
No two products will age exactly the same way.
Repairs Beyond the Warranty
Even if damage isn't covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee, we're often able to repair it.
If your wallet, keychain, valet tray, or accessory has seen years of hard use, contact us. We'll evaluate the damage and let you know what repair options are available.
In many cases, a favorite leather item can be restored and returned to service.
How to Submit a Claim
To start a warranty claim:
- Contact us through our Contact page.
- Include your name and order number (if available).
- Send photos of the issue.
- We'll review the claim and provide next steps.
If a repair is possible, we'll repair the item and return it to you. If the issue cannot reasonably be repaired, we may replace the item with the same model or its closest current equivalent.
